X is bringing Grok into XChat group chats. The official XChat account says you can now get answers by asking Grok right in the chat, and it's available to US Premium+ subscribers for now.

According to X's Santiago Medina, Grok can answer questions, catch everyone up on what they missed, set reminders for the whole group, and make images and videos on demand.

Andrew Curran, who tested it last month, says Grok sees images as well as text, always replies when addressed, and can chime in on its own when it fits the conversation.
